"Helping Leaders, Teams & Coaches Unlock Their Potential"
Coaching Supervision
As a leadership or executive coach, supervision is a critical part of your professional development and practice. It can be provided in a one-to-one or group setting, either face to face or virtually.
Supervision helps coaches enhance their skills, ensure ethical practice, and maintain professional standards.
The work may include:
-
- An analysis of client cases to open possibilities for new client interventions and coaching strategies
- reflection on the coach’s thought processes and assumptions
- exploring ethical issues and contracting challenges
- deepening self-awareness
- brainstorming solutions to complex and challenging client situations
- appreciating and celebrating the accomplishments of the coach
1:1 and Group Coaching Supervision
It often includes elements of personal reflection, peer support, and professional guidance, fostering a deeper understanding of coaching methodologies and enhancing the overall quality of coaching practice.
As a practicing coach, supervision is a core element of my own development and I love offering this opportunity to fellow coaches. The sense of community and shared learning it offers is invaluable to me.
