She has worked internationally in culture change, leadership development, talent management and organisational development. Her work in culture transformation and change leadership released innovation and creativity, stimulated curiosity and helped build an environment where people can thrive and contribute to a meaningful purpose.

Previous experiences include running her own recruitment business in Denmark, a global HR role in the USA and working in human resources in South Africa and the UK in industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, financial services, telecommunications, energy and property.
